Our core strategies include operational restructuring, asset repositioning/rebranding, capital stack restructuring, amongst others, which combine the team’s deep real estate private equity experience with its hotel operational expertise to deliver superior risk adjusted returns on the deals we do.
Investment Principles
GHIG targets real estate assets in key gateway cities that benefit from a diverse range of demand drivers including leisure, business, group and conference demand. We seek to deploy the team’s significant global real estate private equity experience towards identifying and unlocking attractive, underperforming and sometimes distressed hospitality real estate investment opportunities, most of which require significant operational expertise in order to fully maximize its potential.
